We require all users to undergo appropriate Know Your Customer (KYC) checks upon account registration and periodically thereafter. This includes:

We continuously monitor user transactions and interactions on the platform. Activities considered suspicious include:

  • Attempts to bypass jurisdictional restrictions (use of VPNs/proxies)
  • Activities consistent with attempted money laundering or terrorist financing

Reporting Obligations

We maintain records of user transactions and identification documentation. We are obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. We cooperate fully with regulatory agencies and law enforcement in AML investigations.
