Cash Drops — Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion period

The promotion runs from Monday 16 November 2026 to Monday 23 November 2026. One code is released per day, alternating between Discord and X.

Each code is valid from when it is posted until 23:59 UTC on the same day, or until all of its rewards are claimed, whichever comes first. All dates and times are in UTC.

2. Rewards and codes

In total, 22 rewards worth 340 gems ($200) are available. USD values use BlueGem’s gem conversion (10 gems = $5.88) and are approximate.

Rewards go to the first eligible customers whose claims are successfully processed. Entering a code does not reserve a reward.

3. Eligibility

To claim a code, a customer must:

• Meet BlueGem’s existing account eligibility requirements, including the minimum age and any location restrictions.
• Be signed in to an account in good standing, with deposits and withdrawals enabled and no active restrictions.
• Have wagered at least the code’s minimum amount in the 7 days before claiming, on an account created before 16 November 2026.
• Not have already claimed that code.

Streamer, partner, staff and self-excluded accounts are not eligible.

4. Qualifying wagers

Qualifying wagers are the total amount staked in settled bets during the 7 days before the claim. This is the amount wagered, not the amount deposited or lost.

Cancelled, voided and refunded bets do not count.

5. How to claim

Sign in to your BlueGem account and enter the code in the site’s code redemption area while the code is active.

No deposit, purchase, social media repost or additional wager is needed to claim if you meet the eligibility conditions.

The site will confirm whether the claim succeeded. An expired, fully claimed or unsuccessful code entry does not award a reward.

6. Claim limits

Each person may claim each code once. Customers who qualify can claim more than one code during the promotion.

Multiple accounts cannot be used to get around this limit. Codes cannot be exchanged for a larger reward, converted to cash outside the site or combined into an additional promotional payment.

7. Crediting and withdrawal

Rewards are credited as gems to the customer’s balance.

The gems are withdrawable under BlueGem’s standard withdrawal rules, with no promotional wagering requirement.

Existing withdrawal minimums, fees, verification requirements and security checks still apply. There is no withdrawal limit or winnings cap specific to this promotion. Claiming a reward does not guarantee instant withdrawal processing.

A reward that has already been validly credited is not removed when the code expires.

8. Duplicate claims and misuse

Automated claiming, duplicate-account claims and attempts to get around eligibility or claim limits are prohibited.

Claims reasonably suspected of misuse may be reviewed. A duplicate or improperly obtained reward may be reversed after review, with an explanation available through Support. Unrelated legitimate balances are not forfeited solely because of a promotional dispute.

9. Technical issues

If redemption fails or a confirmed reward does not appear, contact BlueGem Support with the code, the approximate claim time and any error message.

Do not share passwords or sensitive account information in public Discord channels or on X. Support will check the claim records. Submitting a support request does not reserve a reward.

10. Changes and interruptions

Any necessary correction, suspension or cancellation will be announced in the channel where the code was posted. Changes will not reduce rewards that were already validly credited or add new conditions to them.

11. General terms and support

BlueGem’s existing account and withdrawal terms continue to apply. These terms add the conditions specific to Community Drops. If the two conflict on a Community Drops reward, these terms apply.
